Injection Cooling

This Project consists of using ANSYS CFD tools to simulate the temperature of an injection mold over time. This application shows itself very frequently in the manufacturing industry and is important because accurate thermal simulations can significantly improve the efficiency and quality of the molding process. By predicting temperature distributions, manufacturers can optimize cycle times, reduce material waste, and ensure the structural integrity and dimensional accuracy of the final products. This leads to cost savings, enhanced product performance, and a more sustainable manufacturing process.
